## What we do

Iowa Water Filtration Co. installs whole-home filtration, water softeners and reverse
osmosis across the Des Moines metro. Service area business, no showroom. Licensed Iowa
plumbing contractors perform the installation and pull permits where required.

## Who runs it

Drew Heberer, owner, based in the Des Moines metro. The company is new, and the site says
so plainly. Plumbing work in Iowa falls under the Plumbing and Mechanical Systems Board;
a plumbing contractor must hold a master license or employ a licensed master plumber as
its master of record, and carry liability insurance and a surety bond.

## How pricing works

One page, fixed, in writing, after the test. No expiring same-day discount. The quote
names the equipment, the installation cost, the filter change interval and the annual
consumable cost.
